DOJ Ordered to Return “QAnon Shaman’s” Confiscated Items, Spear & Horned Coyote-Tail Headdress

In a recent ruling, a federal judge has ordered the Department of Justice (DOJ) to return confiscated items to Jacob Chansley, the Capitol rioter infamously known as the "QAnon Shaman." Chansley, who became one of the most recognizable figures of the January 6th, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot due to his distinctive attire, is set to receive his spear and other personal belongings back from the government.
