In a bid to enhance user security, Google is set to delete inactive accounts, including all photos, calendar entries, emails, contacts, and Drive documents, starting December 1, 2023. The move is part of Google's effort to protect users from potential security threats, as accounts with old or reused passwords are deemed ten times more susceptible to hacking, according to Google's data experts.
