Exotic Dancers File Class-Action Suit Against Floyd Mayweather and Las Vegas Club Over Wage Violations

Two women have filed a class-action lawsuit against boxing champion Floyd Mayweather and his Las Vegas strip club, Girl Collection, alleging the club failed to pay them minimum wage and illegally withheld their tips. The plaintiffs claim they were misclassified as independent contractors, a designation that allegedly deprived them of fair wages and other protections under Nevada labor law. The complaint, filed in Clark County District Court, could potentially represent all dancers who have worked at Girl Collection, which is located near Sahara Avenue and Sammy Davis Jr. Drive.
