The gag order against former President Donald Trump in his New York hush money case is being partially lifted ahead of the first presidential debate on Thursday. Judge Juan Merchan has modified the order, allowing Trump to publicly comment on jurors and witnesses involved in the case. Additionally, Trump is now permitted to discuss Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
