San Diego is implementing a new ordinance aimed at regulating protest activities around sensitive locations such as churches, schools, and abortion clinics. The measure is designed to address the increasing aggressiveness of certain activists and to ensure a balance between the right to protest and the need to maintain public order.

A new ordinance requires demonstrators to get permission to approach someone if they are within 100-feet of the location. That's Mayor Todd Gloria.
